  • Although the $299 closing fee is non-refundable, your down payment is covered by our 30-Day Full Satisfaction Guarantee. (Financing Customers Only - All Cash Sales Are Final)
  • For financing costumers we also charge a $20 monthly note management fee, which must be paid in addition to the regular monthly payment. This fee contributes to the administration and servicing of the account. Additionally, we prorate the annual property tax by dividing the total amount by 12 and adding it to the monthly bill. When the property tax bill is due, we will make the payment on your behalf.
  • If you opt for easy financing, once the processing fee is complete, you will receive an email requesting basic information for preparing the terms paperwork. Once information is received from you, you will receive an email requesting your digital signature on the terms paperwork package, which includes: Purchase Sale Agreement, Land Contract, and Promissory Note. No credit check or income verification. We require the down payment to be paid within three business days via wire trasnfer, and we charge a $15 fee to receive the wire. We encourage automatic checking withdrawl for regular monthly payments to be set up. We can debit your monthly payment from your checking account free of charge, or we can set up a debit or credit card for an additional fee of 3.7% per payment. Once the paperwork is signed, your first payment will begin in 1 month, and you can begin enjoying your new land immediately.
  • If you opt to pay the full cash price, once the processing fee is complete, you will receive an email with the remaining balance owed. Final payment is due within three business days paid via wire transfer, and we charge a $15 fee to receive the wire. We will also email you a deed vesting form to complete that describes exactly how you want title held. As soon as we receive the remaining balance and the funds have cleared, we will deed the property over to you. The deed transfer process can take between 1 and 14 days, depending on county recorder processing times. All cash sales are final.
  • *IMPORTANT: R AND R LAND company policy strictly prohibits customers from building or living on property until it is fully paid off and customer holds title. While you are paying the property off you CAN camp, recreate, build a fence, use the property as you please as long as you are not living on it full time and are following all county rules and regulations.
