• If you opt for easy financing, once the processing fee is complete, you will receive an email requesting basic information for preparing the terms paperwork. Final payment is due within three business days paid via wire transfer, and we charge a $15 fee to receive the wire. We will also email you a deed vesting form to complete that describes exactly how you want title held. As soon as we receive the remaining balance and the funds have cleared, we will deed the property over to you. The deed transfer process can take between 1 and 14 days, depending on county recorder processing times. All cash sales are final.
